Kids/Teen Summer Camp

Laying the foundation of movement and building strong and able young adults one class at a time.

Our Onward Kids/Teen Camp is a 2 month program where we can develop young athletes and get them moving this summer!  Our emphasis will be in the fundamentals of quality movement, making stronger, faster, and mobile young athletes.  Whether your child is simply looking to get moving this summer or a serious athlete, our program calls to the kids and teens that are willing to work while maintaining a fun and positive attitude!

Ages: 10-13 and 14-18 years old.  10-13 year-old campers will experience training in quality, fundamental movement while 14-18 year-old campers will also receive fundamental training with more emphasis in strength, power, and speed.

Dates: June 8-July 31st. 1 hour sessions for 2 days each week. 16 sessions total. *Days of the week will be determined following registration of all campers*

Price: $250 for one child

$200 for second sibling

Time: Depending on number of campers, 1 hour classes will take place between 11am and 3pm

How/when to register:  Registration will take place Saturday mornings May 30 & June 6 between 9:30am and 12pm at CrossFit Onward.
